Bowers Brook Apartments Harvard, Massachusetts

Currently under construction, Bowers Brook Apartments will provide 42 income-restricted apartments for persons aged 55 and older. Developed by Lou Russo through Bowers Brook LLC, the project is funded by a combination of public and private sources including Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

Apartments will be available in early spring 2012. Managed by Stewart Property Management.
